Is your Lazurec product suddenly not working as it should? Don't worry, we won't leave you stranded! Whether it's a minor glitch or a technical defect, together we'll find a solution to the current problem with your smart device.

Service and repair within the manufacturer's warranty

Often the fastest way is to contact Lazurec's manufacturer service directly. Their specialized support teams will help you quickly and easily – often even without you having to send in your device.

Our tip: Take a look at the instruction manual included with the device. There you will find helpful information on installation, functions, technical data and error messages . Many minor problems can be resolved yourself immediately this way.

  • A photo or video (optional)
  • A copy of your purchase receipt

Should a return shipment be necessary, we will arrange free return shipping under the warranty. Important: We cannot accept packages sent collect . In this case, we will charge a processing fee of €25 .

Out-of-warranty repairs

Even after the (usually 2-year) warranty expires, we're here for you. If you'd like to send in your Lazurec device for inspection and repair, we'll provide you with a binding cost estimate .

We charge a flat fee of €50–70 for the diagnosis – even if no repair can be carried out or you decide against it.
