Returning Your Order Within the Return Period

If the product does not meet your requirements or is not the right model for your home, you may return it to us within the applicable return period.

How the Return Process Works

  1. Please contact our customer service before sending back any product and inform us about your intended return.
  2. We will review your request and confirm the return procedure.
  3. After receiving our confirmation, please send the parcel, sufficiently prepaid, to the following address:

Costs of Return Shipping

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

Return shipping costs will not be covered or reimbursed by NIVAROQ, unless the return is due to:

  • a defective product,
  • an incorrect item delivered by us, or
  • a confirmed warranty case.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. The customer assumes responsibility for the parcel until it has been received at our return center. This includes any risk of loss or damage during transit.


Important Information

Please enclose a copy of the delivery note and, if necessary, a brief written explanation. Ensure that the product is complete and securely packaged before shipment.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the parcel for completeness.
After inspection, we will issue a credit note and process the refund using the original payment method.
